Introduction

HAIZETARA is an international contest of street bands whose 4th festival will take place in the streets of Amorebieta–Etxano (Bizkaia) the weekend of 25th, 26th and 27th June 2010.

The contest takes place annually and welcomes any street bands wishing to participate and being previously selected. It is organized by AMETX Local Autonomous Organization of culture from the Town-Hall of Amorebieta- Etxano.

 
Amorebieta-Etxano is a town with a long-held tradition in organizing and managing diverse cultural and sports events. AMETX is the public organization which is in charge of handling them, as well as the program planning of the public theatre “ZORNOTZA ARETOA”, the cultural centre “ZELAIETA”, the music school “ZUBIAUR” and the Local Euskaltegi.
